The Highland Council are to be investigated by the IFO in England for using a clients’ address in order to send threatening letters. This is all, of course, related to the North Highland Way, now called the Camino of St. Brian. There is a proposal for a new Pilgrims Office in Portadown, Northern Ireland, to complement the one in Dublin. This could have been in Caithness or Sutherland, had public services not behaved so appallingly towards an inward investor.
